This class will be located at the George Bothwell library.
Materials, tools, and sewing machines are provided.
You are also welcome to bring your own machine if you have one. If you bring your own, you can get a $5 discount on the class fee! Just use the code "mymachine" at checkout. The machine must be in good working condition.
Class Details:
5:30 - 6:30 We will practice simple introductory sewing machine techniques. This class is best suited for children ages 5-8.
6:30 - 8:00 Ages 8 and up, & adults are welcome too. We will practice some basic techniques and progress to some more challenging skills.
In both classes we will be playing some fun games that will help us develop our sewing skills! This is something I often do in private classes and we always have a great time, so I wanted to try it with a group class!
Cancellation policy: A full refund will be provided if you cancel with at least 48hrs notice of the class or if on shorter notice I can find a replacement participant. A full refund will also be provided if I need to cancel for any reason (illness, not enough participants, bad weather).
Late policy: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you will not be able to participate and you will not receive a refund. We need to follow a specific class timeline so that all participants can go home with finished projects, so this policy allows us to stay on schedule.
